The challenge

CRT-04 was split into two councils, Paraná and Santa Catarina, and each needed a new layout and a new structure running on WordPress.

Key Architecture & Engineering Decisions

Tailwind CSS Purge Pipeline in WP Theme

Utility-first styling with an automated build purge that produces a stylesheet of about 40 KB with no inline CSS, in line with the councils’ visual identity manuals.

Code-First CPTs & Git-Versioned ACF JSON

Custom Post Types (news, events, councilors, hero slider) registered strictly in code without bloated third-party plugins, synced via Git-versioned ACF JSON for deterministic cross-environment deployments.

Self-Healing Architecture & Auto-Provisioning

Resilient PHP bootstrapping routines that inspect and auto-generate essential pages, taxons, navigation menus and contact forms upon theme activation or updates, preventing runtime breakages in production.

Public Citizen Services & SINCETI Integration

Robust public service workflows (Educational Institutions registration, Public Ombudsman, Report/Denunciation channels with IMask.js input validation), GovernmentOrganization Schema.org semantic data, and seamless federal redirection to the national SINCETI platform.
